The Board of Directors of NITCO Limited has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Additionally, they have authorized the sale of the company's Wind Energy Business, including six Wind Turbine Generators, to Siva Green Energy India Private Limited for ₹6.30 crore.
