R K Swamy Limited reported a consolidated total income of Rs 79.4 crore, reflecting an 8% increase from Rs 73.5 crore in the same quarter last year. However, profit before tax (PBT) declined to Rs 4.3 crore from Rs 7.6 crore, attributed to higher investments in talent acquisition and capacity expansion.

The company has enhanced its operational capacity, with a new Customer Experience Centre ready to accommodate 600 associates, boosting total capacity to 1,900, a 46% increase. Additionally, the Computer Aided Telephone Interview (CATI) stations are being expanded from 400 to 746, expected to be completed by the first quarter of the next financial year.

For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, total income was slightly higher at Rs 219.0 crore compared to Rs 216.1 crore the previous year, while consolidated PBT was Rs 9.6 crore, down from Rs 18.5 crore. The management emphasizes a commitment to ongoing investments in talent and infrastructure to drive growth, particularly targeting enterprise clients and large institutions. Positive outlook as the company builds on established client relationships and expands capacity.
