Emmbi Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 12-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Emmbi Industries Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024. The company reported a gross income of ₹1,208.31 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹15.74 Cr. Additionally, Mr. Nimesh Ramniklal Mehta has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of three years, starting from 21st March 2025, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Sanjay Dholakia and Associates will serve as the Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Ms. Maithili Appalwar has been appointed as Executive Assistant to the CMD, also subject to shareholder approval.
