For the quarter, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹117.03 crore and a profit of ₹15.31 crore, while for the nine-month period, revenue reached ₹335.65 crore with a profit of ₹38.41 crore. Additionally, the Board has sanctioned an investment of ₹0.30 crore into its wholly owned subsidiary, Transworld Sea-Connect IFSC Private Limited, increasing the total capital invested in the subsidiary to ₹2 crore. The updated policies regarding fair disclosure and related party transactions were also adopted.
