**Consolidated Financials for Siemens Limited:**

For the quarter ending December 31, 2024, Siemens Limited reported total revenue of ₹35,872 crore, reflecting a decrease of 3% compared to ₹37,095 crore in the same quarter last year. This decline can be attributed to a slowdown in private sector capital expenditure, despite strong demand in other sectors. The company's new orders increased significantly by 20% to ₹4,258 crore, indicating robust market demand and a positive outlook for future growth.

Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹6,146 crore, down 26% year-over-year from ₹8,312 crore. This drop was influenced by lower operational profits as the company faced challenges with demand normalization in its Digital Industries business. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) decreased to ₹17.26 from ₹14.21, underscoring the impact of reduced profitability on shareholder returns.

Operational costs saw an increase, with total expenses reaching ₹32,586 crore, up from ₹33,198 crore last year. Employee benefits and project costs were key contributors to the rising expenses, highlighting ongoing investments in workforce and project execution.

The balance sheet remains strong, with total assets at ₹253,143 crore and total liabilities at ₹93,146 crore, suggesting good leverage and a solid capital structure.

Going forward, Siemens' strategic focus will likely remain on strengthening its Smart Infrastructure and Mobility sectors, capitalizing on government investments in infrastructure. Given the current financial performance, a cautious approach is advisable, leaning towards a hold position until clearer signals of recovery in demand materialize.
