The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Revenue from operations stood at ₹672.12 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹93.00 crore and a profit after tax of ₹65.79 crore. An interim dividend of 125% (₹1.25 per share) has been declared for the financial year 2024-25. Additionally, Mr. Kanwaljit Singh Sudarshan Nagpal resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to personal commitments, effective at the close of business.
