The company has fully settled its dues of Rs. 30 Crore under a One Time Settlement (OTS) related to a loan default by its subsidiary, Amrit Environmental Technologies Private Limited (AETPL). The settlement was initiated following AETPL's suspension of operations due to rising fuel prices, leading to a loan default of Rs. 26.52 Crore owed to IL&FS Financial Services Limited. After filing for OTS, the company’s proposal for Rs. 30 Crore was approved by IL&FS and the National Company Law Tribunal. The full settlement was completed in eight monthly installments starting from June 2024, and a No Objection Certificate was received confirming that IL&FS has released its pledge and charge over the assets, positively influencing the company’s financial stability moving forward. This development could enhance investor confidence and signal a return to operational normalcy for AETPL.
