Tera Software Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. T. Rajasekhar as Vice President, further enhancing the leadership team. Additionally, a proposal for fundraising via preferential allotment of share warrants or other securities has been deferred. The Board also recommended an increase in remuneration and incentives for Sri. T. Madhu Mitra, the Whole-time Director, which is subject to member approval at the upcoming General Meeting, reflecting his contributions to business development and securing a key project with BSNL.
