Faze Three Limited continues to position itself strategically within the home and technical textiles market, capitalizing on the global shift towards "China Plus One" sourcing strategies, especially from U.S. retailers. The company posted consolidated revenue of approximately ₹483.50 crore and PAT of around ₹23.24 crore for the nine-month period ending December 2024, reflecting growth despite challenges from rising raw material costs and operational expenses.

The firm is focusing heavily on capacity expansion, with recent investments totaling over ₹240 crore aimed at strengthening production capabilities, particularly in the polyester and multifiber segments. With a diversified product range and a robust global customer base—where top clients contribute significantly to revenue—the outlook remains positive. The company anticipates revenue growth of 15%-18% for FY25, with an even more conservative estimate of at least 15% growth for FY26.

Furthermore, Faze Three has plans to divest non-core assets that could lead to an inflow of up to ₹25 crore in the coming months, enhancing liquidity. As the global supply chain dynamics shift, Faze Three is well-poised to capture the emerging opportunities presented by changing sourcing patterns from major retailers.
