Indo Count is set to enhance its operations by establishing a new greenfield manufacturing facility in North Carolina, significantly expanding its Utility Bedding business across the U.S. The facility will have an annual production capacity of 18 million pillows and is backed by an investment of approximately $15 million. This strategic move will increase Indo Count's total U.S. manufacturing capacity to 31 million pillows and 1.5 million quilts across three locations, thus reinforcing its presence on the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest.

The expansion is critical to Indo Count's growth strategy, aiming for an aggregate revenue of around $175 million from its facilities. President Anil Kumar Jain emphasized that this new manufacturing hub is essential for improving customer service and operational efficiency, aligning with the company's long-term vision for scalable growth and excellence in utility bedding solutions.
