Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions has convened and made several key decisions. Mrs. Kritika Tibrewal has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Mrs. Nikita Jain has been designated as an Additional Director and Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. M/s. CS Niaz Ahmed has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-2025. Additionally, Mr. Altab Uddin Kazi has resigned as an Independent Director, along with his positions on the Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees. The board has also reconstituted these committees following these changes.
