The Board of Directors of SEAMEC Limited has convened a meeting where they approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated total income stood at ₹13,938 lakhs, while the profit before tax was ₹(259) lakhs. Additionally, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Subrat Das as a Non-Executive Director due to the withdrawal of his nomination by HAL Offshore Limited and appointed Mr. Rajeev Goel as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval. The Board also gave in-principal approval for the purchase of the vessel "SEAMEC ANANT" from HAL Offshore Limited, subject to shareholder consent.
