Godrej Agrovet Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Godrej Agrovet has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Balram Singh Yadav as Managing Director, effective from May 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Sunil Kataria has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director - Designate starting May 5, 2025, and will officially assume the position after Mr. Yadav's superannuation on September 1, 2025, for a term of five years. Shareholder approval will also be sought for these appointments via postal ballot.
