Godrej Agrovet Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. Balram Singh Yadav as Managing Director from May 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. In addition, Mr. Sunil Kataria has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director - Designate from May 5, 2025, with a subsequent term of five years starting September 1, 2025, also pending shareholder approval. The Board will seek approval via Postal Ballot for these appointments. Both candidates bring extensive experience, with Mr. Yadav leading Godrej Agrovet since 2009 and Mr. Kataria having significant leadership roles in the consumer product sector.
