The ESOP Allotment Committee of Vimta Labs has allotted 9,507 equity shares at a face value of ₹2 each to eligible employees under the Vimta Labs Employee Stock Option Plan 2021. Following this allotment, the paid-up share capital has increased from ₹4.44 crore to ₹4.44 crore, resulting in a total of 2,22,22,786 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing equity shares. The company is now finalizing the listing of these shares on the stock exchanges.
