Keystone Realtors Limited reported strong operational performance, achieving full-year pre-sales for FY24 within just nine months of FY25. Pre-sales surged by 40% year-on-year to INR 863 Crores in Q3FY25, supported by robust collections of INR 542 Crores. For the nine months of FY25, pre-sales reached INR 2,174 Crores. The company has added six projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around INR 3,297 Crores, and in Q3FY25 alone, launched two additional projects contributing INR 980 Crores.

Financially, revenue from operations for Q3FY25 stood at INR 464 Crores, with an EBITDA of INR 63 Crores and a PAT of INR 30 Crores.

The leadership highlighted a positive outlook for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) real estate market, driven by a focus on redevelopment and an asset-light model. With a solid balance sheet, net debt at zero, and a robust project pipeline, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities and deliver sustained value to stakeholders.
