Raymond Lifestyle Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mr. Sunil Kataria has resigned from his role as Managing Director and CEO of Raymond Lifestyle Limited, effective from March 31, 2025. The Board accepted his resignation, which he cited as a decision to pursue another career opportunity. In the interim, the existing senior management team will ensure operational continuity, led by Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania. There are no other material reasons for his resignation. The meeting was held to discuss this significant leadership change.
