Cera Sanitaryware Limited — Board Meeting, 11-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a meeting outcome where they approved the Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹449.27 crore, resulting in a net profit of ₹45.86 crore for the period. Consolidated income reached ₹464.05 crore with a net profit of ₹46.36 crore. Additionally, Mrs. Deepshikha Khaitan was reappointed as Vice Chairman & Joint Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
