Yatra Online Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-02-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Yatra Online Limited is proceeding with a composite scheme of amalgamation involving its wholly-owned subsidiaries: Yatra TG Stays, Yatra Hotel Solutions, Yatra for Business, Yatra Corporate Hotel Solutions, Travel.Co.In, and Yatra Online Freight Services, all merging into Yatra Online Limited. The aim is to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and reduce overhead costs by consolidating businesses under one umbrella. This merger is expected to generate synergies, simplify the corporate structure, and strengthen the market position of the consolidated entity, ultimately benefiting shareholders and operational effectiveness. No share exchanges will occur as part of this scheme, and the appointed date for the amalgamation is set for 1st April 2024.
