Ashoka Buildcon Limited's subsidiary, Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL), has finalized agreements for the divestment of stakes in five subsidiaries, amounting to an enterprise value of ₹5,718 Crore. The company has reported a stable order book, totaling ₹16,457 Crore as of December 31, 2024, despite facing a 16% decrease in Q3 total revenue year-on-year, with a total revenue of ₹1,815.7 Crore and a 30% drop in profit after tax to ₹60.7 Crore.
