Maxposure Limited — Board Meeting, 10-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has convened a meeting, during which they agreed to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 6th March 2025 via video conferencing. This meeting aims to seek approval from the shareholders. Additionally, Amit Shukla and Associates has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
