Esab India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 10-02-2025: Dividend

The Board has declared a second interim dividend of ₹23 per equity share (230%) for FY 2024-25, totaling ₹35.40 Cr, payable on or before 7th March 2025. Additionally, the Board approved an equity investment in special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for renewable energy. The company plans to invest ₹40 lakh in a 1.00 MW solar plant at Ambattur and ₹10 lakh in a 0.80 MW wind plant at Nagpur, which may result in up to 26% equity ownership in these projects.
