SAMHI Hotels Limited has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Chennai OMR) Pvt. Ltd., for an Enterprise Value of approximately ₹53.5 crore. The subsidiary, which operates the Four Points by Sheraton in Chennai with 116 rooms, reported total revenue of around ₹11 crore, an EBITDA of roughly ₹2.3 crore, and a net loss of about ₹3.3 crore for the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024. This transaction aligns with SAMHI's asset recycling strategy aimed at reducing debt and redirecting capital towards new developments in key markets like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune.
