The Board has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹848 Cr, reflecting a 3% increase from ₹822 Cr in the same quarter last year. Standalone revenue rose 7% to ₹498 Cr. The consolidated PAT was ₹80.6 Cr, 9% of total income, down from ₹83.9 Cr year-on-year, while standalone PAT grew to ₹80.1 Cr from ₹79.2 Cr.
