Tracxn Technologies Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 10-02-2025: Allotment of Securities

Tracxn Technologies has announced the allotment of 2,44,725 equity shares under the TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 at an exercise price of Re. 1 per share. These shares have resulted from the exercise of stock options by eligible grantees. Following this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company will increase from Rs. 10,60,70,786 to Rs. 10,63,15,511. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares of the company. The total funds raised from this exercise amount to Rs. 2,44,725.
