Enser Communications Limited — Board Meeting, 10-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Enser Communications has approved the acquisition of 100% of Growintelli Technologies Private Limited (GTPL), specializing in IT infrastructure and data security consulting, for an enterprise valuation of ₹2.40 Crore. This strategic move aims to enhance Enser's client base and service offerings, particularly in advanced security solutions, positioning the company as a more competitive player in the market. Additionally, Mr. Kunal Soni, a promoter of GTPL, will join Enser as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months.
