The Executive Committee of ideaForge Technology Limited has approved the allotment of 31,716 equity shares each with a face value of Rs. 10 under the ideaForge Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018. Following this allotment, the paid-up capital increases to Rs. 43,07,69,340, comprising a total of 4,30,76,934 fully paid equity shares. The issued shares will rank equally with existing shares, enhancing the capital base while incentivizing employee performance through equity participation.
