The Board has considered and approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. Highlights include total income of Rs. 6.15 crore and a profit before tax of Rs. 5.86 crore. Additionally, P M Agarwal & Co. has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25.
