The project, expected to be launched in early FY26, has a revenue potential of approximately ₹350-₹400 crores and will be developed over the next three years. This initiative aligns with the company's asset-light strategy and aims to enhance its project pipeline, leveraging Chennai's vibrant market known for its connectivity and infrastructure.
