Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024. The unaudited standalone results show revenue from operations at ₹352.66 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹55.24 crore. For the consolidated results, revenue stands at ₹350.72 crore, yielding a profit before tax of ₹61.93 crore. The board also reported that a bonus issue in the ratio of 4:1 has been approved, resulting in the allotment of nearly 79.41 crore bonus equity shares to existing shareholders.
