Welspun Corp Limited — Important, 09-02-2025: Updates

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), a key associate of Welspun Corp, has signed contracts to establish a new production line for Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes at its Dammam facility. The project budget is approximately SAR 48 million (about Rs. 113 crore), funded through EPIC’s cash reserves and bank facilities. Completion is targeted for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, with commercial production expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026-27. This expansion will increase EPIC's capacity by approximately 100,000 MTs, enhancing its capability from an existing 400,000 MTs. The financial benefits of this investment will manifest in the 2025-2026 and 2026-27 fiscal years. EPIC's strong market position as a leading supplier of HSAW pipes in Saudi Arabia aligns with the country's Vision 2030 goals, marking a positive outlook for future growth.
