Brainbees Solutions Limited has approved a substantial investment of ₹299.60 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital Age Retail Private Limited (DARP). This strategic move aims to fund the establishment of modern retail stores, lease payments for existing locations, and the repayment of a ₹45 crore loan. DARP, which focuses on the retail trade of baby, kids, and maternity products, reported a turnover of ₹3,404.29 crore. This investment, planned to occur in multiple tranches throughout FY 2024-25, is expected to bolster DARP's operational capabilities while maintaining full ownership and control by Brainbees Solutions.
