Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited — Board Meeting, 08-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated income for the quarter stood at ₹3,307.17 Cr, while net profit after tax was ₹298.37 Cr. The Board enhanced its investment limit in Amara Raja Circular Solutions from ₹500 Cr to ₹700 Cr to support battery recycling plant setup and approved an investment of up to ₹50 Cr in Amara Raja Power Systems to bolster operational needs. Additionally, a total of ₹175 Cr was received as an on-account payment for an insurance claim resulting from a fire incident.
