The Board meeting concluded with the appointment of Ms. Hardika Ladha as an Additional Independent Director, effective immediately. Additionally, the Board approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee following the resignation of Ms. Ziral Pankajkumar Soni.
