Xpro India Limited — Board Meeting, 08-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Xpro India Limited's Board of Directors has approved a further investment of up to AED 25 million (approximately INR 60 Cr) in subsidiary Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC. Additionally, the Board approved a corporate guarantee of up to Euro 24 million (approximately INR 220 Cr) for financial obligations related to the subsidiary’s procurement of equipment. The meeting also included the appointment of Ms. Suhana Murshed as a Director of the subsidiary. These decisions aim to strengthen the subsidiary's capabilities and enhance the company's global footprint in the dielectric films sector.
