Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited — Board Meeting, 08-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter of FY 2024-25, showing an income of ₹1,053.14 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹189.22 Cr. Key personnel changes were also made: Mr. Anant Sarda resigned, effective March 31, 2025; Mr. Kamal Kishore Sarda and Mr. Pankaj Sarda will be appointed as Executive Chairman and Managing Director, respectively, from April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The company re-appointed M/s. APAS & Co. LLP as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 and introduced a revised code prohibiting insider trading effective April 1, 2025.
