Balaji Telefilms Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 07-02-2025: Allotment of Securities

Balaji Telefilms Limited has approved the allotment of 1,78,59,776 equity shares at an issue price of ₹73.17 each, raising approximately ₹130.68 crore. The allotment was made on a preferential basis to 8 investors, including Ms. Ekta Ravi Kapoor and various foreign portfolio investors. Post-allotment, the total paid-up equity share capital will increase from ₹20.35 crore to ₹23.92 crore, with the total number of equity shares rising to 11,95,88,744. These shares will hold the same rights as existing equity shares, subject to lock-in restrictions as required.
