Happiest Minds Technologies has demonstrated solid performance, reporting a revenue growth of 28.2% year-over-year in constant currency, alongside a 0.8% quarter-over-quarter increase. Operating revenues in US dollars reached $62.7 million, marking a 27.0% increase year-on-year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹55,376 crores, growing 27.5% year-over-year. EBITDA was ₹11,686 crores with a margin of 21.1%, while profit after tax (PAT) was ₹5,010 crores, reflecting a decline of 16.0% year-on-year primarily due to acquisition-related charges.

The company launched four significant initiatives this year, including the formation of a GenAI Business Unit and acquisitions of Pure Software and Aureus, contributing to an enhancing pipeline and revenue growth. In customer acquisition, Happiest Minds added a new customer in the $10 million segment, bringing the total to three, and recorded an increase in the $3-5 million cohort to seven.

Moreover, the company signed agreements to acquire Gavs Technologies' Middle East operations, which aims to strengthen regional customer relationships and expand local delivery capabilities. This positioned Happiest Minds for continued growth and adaptation in the evolving market landscape.
