Kross Limited — Important, 07-02-2025: Updates

The Board of Kross Limited has approved the establishment of a Seamless Tube Plant in Adityapur Industrial Area, Jharkhand. This facility will have a proposed capacity of 1,20,000 tons for seamless tubes, with diameters ranging from 115 to 220 mm, set to be operational within 18 months. An investment of INR 167 Crore is required, which will be financed through internal accruals and bank financing.

This strategic expansion aims to meet the company’s captive requirements for tubes used in trailer axles and suspension parts while tapping into the growing demand for oil and gas transportation pipelines across India. Kross is positioning itself to capitalize on opportunities in general engineering sectors, including large-diameter pipelines. This development signals a positive outlook for the company, aligning with its long-term growth strategy.
