The Board of Directors of Kross Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, reporting a total income of ₹1,519.65 million and a profit after tax of ₹135.99 million for the quarter. Additionally, the board has proposed setting up a Seamless Tube Plant in Jharkhand, requiring an investment of ₹167 crore, funded through internal accruals and bank financing. This expansion aims to meet the captive demand for tubes in the trailer axle segment and tap into opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
