Akme Fintrade (India) Ltd has announced a board meeting where several significant decisions were made. The Board approved a split of each equity share (face value ₹10) into 10 shares (face value ₹1), pending shareholder approval. The record date for this split will be announced later. Additionally, the Board allotted 1,120,000 fully convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹111 each, raising ₹3.1 crore as upfront payment. These warrants, convertible into equity shares within 18 months, highlight the company’s continued funding efforts. The unaudited financial results showed a revenue of ₹2,809.68 crore for the quarter, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 41.07%. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹893.27 crore, a 59.51% increase compared to the same quarter last year.
