Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-02-2025: Dividend

The Board has approved an interim dividend of 50%, amounting to Re. 1 per equity share of a face value of Rs. 2 for FY 2024-25. Shareholders listed as of the record date, February 14, 2025, will receive the dividend by March 6, 2025, after tax deductions at source as per applicable regulations. Additionally, the company has appointed M/s. BNP & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25. The financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, were also approved during the meeting.
