Hindustan Foods Limited reported its highest ever quarterly profit after tax (PAT) driven by the improved performance of recent acquisitions. For Q3FY25, total income rose 21% to ₹886 crore, with EBITDA up 37% at ₹79 crore and PAT increasing by 30% to ₹29 crore compared to the same quarter last year. Similarly, for the nine months ending December 2024, total income grew by 30% to ₹2,643 crore, while PAT reached ₹79 crore, reflecting a 13% increase year-on-year.

Operationally, existing businesses have performed well despite FMCG sector challenges. The Baddi factory has ramped up production, with dispatches to Russia expected to resume from Q1FY26. Key strategic initiatives include a ₹20 crore investment at the Baddi plant, a ₹50 crore expansion in Karnataka, and ongoing construction of greenfield ice cream plants set to commercialize in 2025. With the ice cream market projected to grow significantly, the company aims to leverage new business partnerships and enhance production capabilities, creating a positive outlook for future growth.
