Balu Forge Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 07-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations stands at ₹16,060.74 Cr, up from ₹10,388.13 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit after tax is reported at ₹3,975.60 Cr, compared to ₹1,867.79 Cr last year. The Board also appointed Mr. Roop Lal Meena as a Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. The results have been reviewed by the statutory auditors, confirming compliance with accounting standards.
