Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-02-2025: Dividend

The Board has approved an interim dividend of 50%, amounting to Re. 1/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- for FY 2024-2025. This dividend will be paid to shareholders listed on the register by the record date of February 14, 2025, with the payment scheduled for March 6, 2025. Additionally, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, were also ratified. BNP & Associates has been reappointed as the Company's Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-2025.
