The Board of Directors of Thejo Engineering Limited has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹313.17 crore, reflecting a growth of approximately 7% compared to the same period last year. The company has also authorized the appointment of Ms. Subhathra Srinivasaraghavan as an Independent Director, effective March 31, 2025, and approved the appointment of Varma & Varma as internal auditors for FY 2025-26.
