Cane crushing at Rajshree Sugars reached 93,018 MT for January 2025, a notable increase compared to 101,113 MT from the previous season. Sugar production saw a boost as well, with 6,861 MT produced, up from 8,188 MT last year. However, sugar sales were lower at 2,296 MT compared to 4,236 MT in January 2024.
In terms of molasses, production for the month was 5,296 MT, while own consumption and sales amounted to 4,730 MT. The cogeneration segment generated 107.82 lakh units of power, with 76.23 lakh units exported to the grid.
These operational figures suggest some volatility in sugar sales despite strong production, signaling a need for the company to monitor market dynamics closely. Overall, the performance indicates a stable operational capacity with growth in cogeneration power, which could enhance profitability in the long term. Investors should keep an eye on sales trends as they may impact financial performance moving forward.
