Popular Autoworks Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Popular Vehicles and Services Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish a state-of-the-art 3S facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra, dedicated to JLR vehicles. This facility, located at MIDC, Hingna Road, will encompass a showroom, workshop, and pre-owned car verticals, featuring eight service bays capable of servicing approximately 35 vehicles per month. The construction is projected to take 6 to 8 months, with operations anticipated to commence in the second half of FY26.

This expansion reflects the company’s successful relationship with the JLR dealership and aligns with its strategy to enhance its luxury segment offerings. By broadening its presence beyond southern India, Popular Vehicles aims to capitalize on the growing demand for luxury vehicles, which is expected to significantly contribute to revenue growth and strengthen its non-Kerala market presence.
