The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Packaging Limited has approved the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024. Sales saw a notable increase of 15.25% year-on-year, reaching ₹190.69 crore, alongside a 7.50% growth in sales volume. However, PAT experienced a decline of 3.90%, down to ₹31.36 crore due to elevated interest and depreciation expenses after significant investments. Additionally, Ms. Harshita Suresh Chandnani has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective March 11, 2025.
