Adroit, incorporated in 2009, generated a turnover of ₹53.55 crores for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, up from ₹48.14 crores and ₹37.77 crores in the previous two years. The acquisition transaction is expected to conclude by April 1, 2025, and is unlikely to require any governmental approvals, while not being classified as a related party transaction.
